I hope everyone have enjoyed their Christmas and I'm so happy I could access blogger and some blogspot sites today. We're praying that they gonna reroute or fix the underwater cable soon. I've successfully made a very lovely Sticky Toffee Date Pudding with Donna Hay's recipe from Modern Classics Book 2. The pudding has cake like texture and it's lovely even on its own without the toffee sauce. I find the sauce is a tad too sweet, so might need to cut down the amount of sugar. I've used organic brown sugar for the toffee sauce which lend a darker and richer colour.
Best served the pudding swimming in toffee sauce with some sinful vanilla ice-cream.
