Italiannies' Festa della Pasta Promotion Till 30 June 2013

We were delighted to be invited by Italiannies, a popular Italian themed restaurant chain, for a taste of their latest Festa della Pasta promotion which is available from now till 30 June 2013. The media launch was held at Italiannies, The Gardens Mall but the promotion is available at Italiannies outlets at The Curve, The Gardens Mall, Empire Shopping Centre, and Paradigm Mall in Klang Valley; and Gurney Paragon in Penang.

promo

For the Lunch promotion (11.00am till 3.00pm), just add RM6 to your choice of pasta from the Festa della Pasta menu to enjoy a choice of either a salad (Insalata Verde), a dessert (chocolate brownie) or a glass of Pepsi.

As for Dinner promotion (6.00pm till closing), pay an extra RM16 on top of your pasta (from the Festa della Pasta menu) for a choice of an entrĂ©e (Gamberi con Aglio), a salad (Insalata Mediterranea) or a dessert (Italian Trifle). Sounds like a really good deal to me.

Setting & wine

During the media launch, we were introduced to Mr Andrea Rossi, the Regional Manager of Italiannies and were served the four wines to go with the 8 pasta dishes for this promotion. There's the white wine of Alois Lageder Riff Pinot Grigio Venezie and Adesso Inzolla IGT Sicilia and the reds Alois Lageder Riff Rosso Vigneti Dolomiti and Adesso Nero D'Avola IGT Sicilia (RM17.00 each glass).

There was a demonstration on how to make fresh pasta. The chefs showed us how to whip up a plain dough and a spinach dough. Mr Andrea Rossi explained that the plain one is known as straw due to its colour whilst the spinach dough is known as hay.

Do note that for the dishes served, I've decided to use the photos provided by Italiannies as they were shot in individual portions where else we were served the sharing portion also known as "abbondanza" to emulate Italiannies' "A'more di Merrier" shared presentation menu concept. I've uploaded the shared portion photos on my Flickr album if you wish to do a comparison but of course mine didn't turn out as pretty due to the low lighting condition - read candlelight dinner :p

We started off with the 2 appetisers of Insalata Mediterranea, a Mediterranean salad of black olives slices, cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, rocket and romaine lettuce topped with grilled chicken breast; and Gamberi con Aglio, shrimps sauteed with black olives, tomatoes and red dried chillies which made this dish a tad too hot. If you like it hot, do mop up the gravy with the bread!

Mediterranean Salad

Gamberi con Aglio

Next on we were serve a total of 8 pasta dishes from the Festa della Pasta menu. The first, Mussels & Clams Lombardi con Pappardelle (RM26.90), pappardelle pasta tossed with fresh clams and mussels cooked with white wine. Garnished with fresh herbs and chilli flakes. Paired with Alois Lageder Riff Pinot Grigio Venezie.

Mussels & Clams Lombardi con Pappardelle

Tagliatelle con Salvia, Funghi e Popettine (RM22.90), handmade tagliatelle pasta sauteed with lemon and shiitake mushrooms served with homemade beef meatballs. Paired with Alois Lageder Riff Rosso Vigneti Dolomiti.

Tagliatelle con Salvia, Funghi e Polpettine

The other handmade pasta dish in the menu is Tagliatelle con Pesto al Pomodoro (RM22.90), handmade plain and spinach (straw & hay) tagliatelle pasta served with green pesto and tomatoes with grated Parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Paired with Adesso Nero D'Avola IGT Sicilia.

Tagliatelle con Pesto al Pomodoro

The next type of pasta shape is new to me, a fileja which is a longish and loose fusili pasta. Fileja con Pomodoro e Basilico (RM18.90), fileja pasta tossed with fresh tomato puree and cherry tomato, sprinkled with Parmesan and fresh basil. Paired with Adesso Inzolia IGT Sicilia or Adesso Nero D'Avola IGT Sicilia.

Fileja con Pomodoro e Basilico

Cannelloni (RM26.90), cannelloni stuffed with spinach and artichokes served with homemade marinara sauce, rich bechamel sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. Paired with Alois Lageder Riff Rosso Vigneti Dolomiti.

Cannelloni

Paccheri con Ragu (RM18.90), traditional Italian beef sauce cooked with paccheri pasta topped with Parmesan cheese. Paired with Alois Lageder Riff Rosso Vigneti Dolomiti.

Paccheri con Ragu

Tortellini con Salmone ed Aneto (RM26.90), spinach and ricotta filled tortellini pasta tossed in alfredo sauce with sauteed salmon and fresh dill. Top with rosettes of smoked salmon slices. Paired with Alois Lageder Riff Pinot Grigio Venezie.

Tortellini con Salmone ed Aneto

Fusilli con Spinaci ed Alfredo sauce (RM22.90), fusilli pasta sauteed with chicken breast and spinach tossed in alfredo sauce. Chilli flakes and crispy spinach to garnish. Paired with Adesso Inzolia IGT Sicilia.

Fusilli con Spinaci ed Alfredo Sauce

Out of the 8, my personal favourites are the Mussels & Clams Lombardi con Pappardelle as the pappardelle was cooked perfectly and went very well with the white wine sauce and shellfish; and the baked Cannelloni. I did a similar version recently but using Paccheri instead as I have plenty of Paccheri left over from a photo shoot. BoiBoi loved that a lot and asking me to make it again! It's really simple to make as I stuff the Paccheri with a beef ragu, layered with a white sauce and top them up with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese before baking.

Lastly, we got on to a dessert of Italian trifle, made with layers of Mascarpone, ladyfinger biscuits and topped with dark chocolate powder and chocolate chips.

Italian Trifle

Do check out this Festa della Pasta promotion at Italiannies before it ends on 30 June 2013!

Capt'n Hook and I would like to thank the management and staff of Italiannies for such a wonderful Italian experience complete with live music by violinists, and Jaslyn of RAPR for the coordination and invitation.

Buon appetito!!!

Review: Prego's Come As You Are, Eat As You Can Promotion

**No Pork Served**

We were at Westin last week and noticed this promotion of Prego pasted at the elevator door. Sounds pretty reasonable for an eat all you can pizza and pasta that comes with a soft drink going for RM40++ (5% Government tax and 10% service charge) per person. This promotion is on for the month of September and not valid with SPG membership or another other discounts.

Prego Interior

There is a special menu of pizzas and pasta, plus desserts that you can order for this promotion. The pasta are served in small bowls to taste or larger bowls to share and pizzas came in 7" diameter if you wish to taste more, otherwise a regular sized to be served on a larger group. You can eat to your heart content sharing with your friends and family at the table. When I check it's website's menu, it seems that this promo was on in August but the selection of pizzas and pastas looked slightly different from the current month or maybe it's the same? I can't really remember heh :p

Our choice of soft drink

A large loaf of round crusty bread is served with a special tomato dip.

Bread and dip

We have ordered the following pastas...

A Frutti de Mare which is mixed fresh seafood in tangy tomato sauce. Wow so much seafood in the small bowl of pasta and tossed in a light touch of olive oil.

frutti de mare

This is a creamy Farfalle Prego Carbonara which have beef bacon, egg yolk, cream and parmesan that BoiBoi asked for. Just look how thick the sauce is, luckily it's only a small bowl. Capt'n Hook and I took a spoonful each and BoiBoi whacked the rest. This must be his favourite pasta that nite.

farfalle prego carbonara

The Tagliatelle Guancia took quite a while to come. If I know this fresh flat egg pasta ribbons with red wine braised beef cheeks is sooooo delicious, I would have ordered a large portion! The braised beef cheeks melted in the mouth and tasted like Chinese canned stew pork meat, how not to be delish???

tagliatelle guancia

The pizzas were all crispy thin crusted baked in wood oven which I kept watching the Chef shoving in and out pizza after pizza in the open kitchen.

A must order is the Margherita which consists of tomato, oregano, mozzarella & basil. Simple but delectable.

margherita

Loved the Wow Suprema for it contained a whole lot of ingredients like pepperoni, turkey ham, gorgonzola, artichoke and kalamata olives. The toppings were so heavy hence it was kinda a feat to lift up a piece to bite on. Be ready to get messy!

wow suprema

BoiBoi specifically picked Napoletana, I've no idea why since it's his first time ordering this. He said he likes anchovies *roll eyes* must have been watching too much kiddies channels! On this pizza, the toppings were anchovies, capers, mozzarella, oregano with tomato sauce on the base. BoiBoi likes this but I find the anchovies a tad salty for my taste bud. Capt'n Hook who can tolerate salty food finds it ok.

napoletana

Capricciosa has toppings of turkey ham, marinated bell pepper, mushrooms, chicken sausage and kalamata olives. This pizza is packed with loads of ingredients as well. Since I have a penchant for bell peppers, I find them a nice sweetish compliment to this pizza.

capricciosa

Next we have Sottobosco which is a mixed wild forest mushrooms, mozzarella, garlic and sage. I liked how the mushrooms were slightly charred which gave a rather robust flavour coupled with a hint of sage and garlic. Lovely!

sottobosco

By now we were quite stuffed but can't resist ordering the two dessert pizzas.

For nutella lovers like BoiBoi and I, Nutella e Pistacchio Pizza is pure heavenly for us! The hazelnut base spread has a sprinkling of roasted pistachio nuts. The only thing I wish there were more were pistachio!

Nutella e Pistacchio Pizza

BoiBoi specifically asked for Cioccolato Pizza which has dark chocolate sauce topped with diced fresh strawberries. Again, I wish they could use more of the strawberries and the chocolate sauce is too thin. Otherwise this dessert was just so so only. Stay away from this and get on with the gelato!

Cioccolato Pizza

Woohoooo then we tried all the 6 flavours of gelato served that day.

The green tea has just a light hint of green tea flavour which should be good for those who doesn't like green tea. One of my friend who detest green tea told me they tasted like fish tank water! Hahaha...but I think she might find this ok. The creamy vanilla has some marshmallows on top which we got some in our scoop as we were there quite early. BoiBoi's favourite! Then we have the pistachio that I find ok.

Gelato 01

The next batch, we have raspberry which is surprisingly quite light and not as rich as the 3 earlier. Maybe the tang helped to counter the creaminess. The chocolate one the best out of all! Capt'n Hook who is not a chocolate fan unless it has nuts gave full praises too. Each spoonful, not only rich dark chocolaty gelato envelopes our mouth but there we some crunchiness from the chocolate ribbons. Best! The next best for me is the strawberry as it contained chockful of strawberry chunks which lent a frozen fruity goodness to the gelato.

Gelato 02

So what do you think of the eat all you can pizzas and pastas? I know we don't eat a lot but judging from the prices from the ala carte menu and the size of our tummy, we won't be able to taste so many varieties of pizzas and pastas in one go. What more with large creamy scoops of gelato thrown in!!! Would be great if there is huge bunch of us there :D

Review: La Risata Bar, Pizzeria & Ristorante

**Pork Free**

Sometime back we decided to go Italian and off we head to Ampang via MRR2 and turn right off to hit Persiaran Ampang. Yikes when we reached there... we saw a banner instead of La Risata. Upon closer look, the banner stated that La Risata had moved a few doors away! Phewwww hehehe else we have to go Korean!

Golden stairs

Wow what a transformation. La Risata now is located in 2 shoplots and freshly renovated. I've gone to Medan Damansara as well and they both have similar design. The one in Ampang have a large air well, covered of course with a staircase leading to the wine room. Very classy but yet rustic with exposed bricks wall, black grilles and lovely lightings.

La Risata Interior

Wines

Whilst waiting for dinner to arrive, the boys played a few rounds of foosball. Just note that you need to deposit some money to get the ball in case it goes "rolling away" :p Everyone have loads of fun of course!

Foosball Table

Our drinks arrived, mango juice and iced lemon tea. I stuck to warm water.

Mango Juice and Iced Lemon Tea

Next, a basket of warm bread is served with tapenade which is a nice change from most olive oil and balsamic vinegar combo.

Bread served with tapenade

BoiBoi's Lasagna Di Carne (RM21) arrived and I have to call them over to dig in. BoiBoi ate the beef lasagne all up and proclaimed it's delicious. Do excuse the pics cos I had just gotten a new camera then, was still fiddling with it :p

Lasagna Di Carne (RM21)

Capt'n Hook's Zuppa Di Pesce (RM30 for half serving) was a half serving of a tomato based seafood stew. He didn't expect it to be tomato based since he never like tomato but he still eat them all up. Atta boy! Heh... anyway he finds the stew has chockful of fish, prawns (huge ones), squid, clams, crabs and mussels. He said he was glad he ordered this stew as it was indeed very good which I agreed. Highly recommended and please be reminded even though it's half portion but it's still quite a large portion. Very hearty!

Zuppa Di Pesce (RM30 for half serving)

I ordered a simple Pizza Peperoni (RM23). Smoky thin crusted dough is my favourite kinda of base, coupled with generous amount of cheese and peperoni, what more can I asked for? I can't even finish this on my own, luckily BoiBoi and Capt'n Hook had a piece each!

Pizza Peperoni (RM23)

After more foosball, we asked BoiBoi if he wanted any dessert and of course he said yes, as usual. He ran off to the gelato fridge and chose a vanilla one (RM8). We both have to help him as he was struggling to finish up the creamy gelato. BoiBoi went a bit overdrive that evening as he really ate a lot, imagine a whole portion of lasagna with beef and layers of cheeses plus a slice of pizza! He rubbed his tummy in the car ride back and exclaimed "I think I overate!!!" muahahaha poor greedy boy. No wonder I have to keep buying him new trousers every 6 months now as he's really growing taller and taller!

Vanilla Gelato (RM8)

Capt'n Hook ended his meal with an espresso, ahhh bliss.

Espresso

It's newly renovated La Risata but it still gave us the same old heart and tummy warming Italian dishes. Highly recommended if you wish to entertain a bunch of kids as they're really kiddies friendly. Best for family and with friends as well.

Sorry that I can't find the receipt now hence no pricing for the drinks. There should be Government Tax and Service Charges imposed.

Review: pla dib @ The Heritage Village

**Pork Free**

When I first read of pla dib in the papers the previous weekend, the thought of Thai fusion kinda disinterest me as Capt'n Hook is rather a errrm traditional person who doesn't like his food to be messed up. When I received an invite from Nigel via Anna Chew of Venus Buzz for food tasting at pla dib, I was in dilemma. To go or not to go??? Not to go when a place that is finally so near home is kinda hard to resist, so in the end I accepted the invite. On that day, Capt'n Hook picked me and I left on the dot at 5.30pm from the heart of Kuala Lumpur... braving the jam which is surprisingly quite smooth except the turn off from Seremban Highway towards the Selangor Turf Club/Palace of the Golden Horse. Guess what... we reached The Heritage Village around 6.15pm!!! Ample time for us to scoot over to The Mines Shopping to pick up a card reader from the IT center which is like huge (my first time here), yeah lots of stuff here, don't need to go to Low Yat Plaza!

pla dip

The rest who came later complained it took them like an hour from various destination like Shah Alam, Bangsar etc well that's also because the sky decided to take a heavy dump. So in actual fact, only the mind is telling us that Serdang is very far! On weekends, if you decided to do a Cuti-cuti Malaysia with your family, you can actually take a KTM Komuter ride to Serdang station via Seremban route. Cross the pedestrian bridge and walk towards the white blocks of buildings with Chinese influence roofs and you'll be at The Heritage Village. Take a short walk through the tunnel and you'll reach The Mines Shopping. If you have kids, take them on the boat ride. We took one last year and it was surprisingly quite fun to ride such a huge water elevator!

Opps, back to pla dib... just drive into the compound and the security guard will issue you a parking chit, bring the chit to your dining destinations in The Heritage Village to be stamped and parking will be free, otherwise it'll be RM3 per entry. pla dib is located at the far corner of the building towards the lake which seems to be a great destination for an outdoor party or function. Reminded me very much of our wedding reception next to the lake at Palace of the Golden Horses, minus the water fountain.

I finally met up with Anna after being in touch over the years. She introduced us to our hostess, Sherlene, of BluWater Estate. Sherlene explained to us that everything in pla dib are fashioned and designed after the Bangkok restaurant. The bulk of the furnitures and furnishing are imported from Thailand! The stools we sat at the outdoor area are extremely heavy and sturdy. Quite comfy actually.

Pla Dib 01

Whilst waiting for the rest to arrive, we were offered imported Phuket beer which is surprisingly quite light for a 5% alcohol beer. It's served with a lemon wedge but Anna claimed it's nice without it as well. Kinda unique too to drink from such a slim glass.

Phuket Beer

As explained to us pla dib means raw fish but putting them together it also means freedom of food which explains the fusion cuisine here. I checked through the menu, there seems to be quite a number of raw seafood dishes here as appetizers. The menu rage confusion as one can find Japanese kinda appetizers, pasta, pizza... I see French influence in a duck confit! Prices were very decent with the ingredients and portion served with nothing above RM30 except for the large pizza. Please note that pla dib has separate lunch and dinner menu where dinner menu has more items available and that's with where the raw items are.

Once everyone - PureGlutton and hubby, Nigel and Allan and FBB arrived we were ushered inside. Aly joined us later. The air-conditioned interior exude a very clean and modern environment. The chairs were again very chic and heavy to boot!

Pla Dib Interior

They started us off with some appetizers. This is Salmon Labb (RM10) which is slices of salmon drizzled with shoyu, chili flakes, roasted rice and lime juice. The zing on the first bite is kinda strong but I really loved the roasted rice on them.

Salmon Labb (RM10)

Next came the Raw Shrimp in Fish Sauce (RM15). I've eaten this before in a Thai restaurant but never with such an interesting marinade. The explosion of chili, lime zest and juice is simply amazing coupled with extra fresh and crunchy shrimp. Whilst Capt'n Hook squirms when he sees this but I loved this appetizer the most. However, he being a great sport, he took one but that went shivered down his spine!

Raw Shrimp in Fish Sauce (RM15)

Mixed Four Raw Seafood (something new) came in a long platter with mounds of raw chopped shrimps, tuna, octopus and salmon topped with a mysterious sauce that tasted like fermented soybeans (tau cheo) was served. Perhaps this is made from miso?

Mixed Four Raw Seafood

Everyone who was drinking beer seems to like this Single Sun Beef (RM15). Slices of beef are marinaded with salt and pepper before they're sunned until dry. The beef slices are then deep fried with garlic, chili flakes and Thai basil. Fantastic finger food this one.

Single Sun Beef (RM15)

One can't go really wrong with deep fried soft shell crabs. What more when it's served with healthy greens in mayobi (mayonnaise and wasabi) dressing (RM15)!

Soft Shell Crab Salad (RM15)

We were served a series of 3 pastas. This is Creamy Capellini Angel Hair Pasta with Ebiko (RM18). A tad too creamy but loved the burst of ebiko upon each bite!!!

Creamy Capellini Angel Hair Pasta (RM18)

Black Spaghetti with Seafood (RM18) is my favourite pasta for the night. The spaghetti is blacken with squid ink tossed lightly in olive oil and topped with squid, prawns and fish slices.

Black Spaghetti with Seafood (RM18)

After a black pasta, we were served a green spinach fettucini with mentaiko. Mentaiko being cod's egg are served along with a dollop of cream under the nest of toasted seaweeds strips. This is my least favourite pasta for the evening as the above 2 worked more for me. However, Capt'n Hook liked this one... funny eh when it comes to food... everyone just have their own personal preference and more on this later.

Spinach Fettucini with Mentaiko

We were then served the 2 special drinks (RM9.50 each) available here. A green coloured Mint Soursop Blast which is made from soursop puree, mint leaves, pineapple juice, fresh lime and syrup. Everyone seems to love this sweet minty drinks. I preferred this over Pladib Art. Pladib Art is concocted with peach, pineapple juice, grenadine, yoghurt, fresh lime and syrup. To Capt'n Hook and Nigel, this tasted like cough syrup but when it comes to food and drink... one man's meat is another man's poison as FBB liked this more than the green drink. Puzzling isn't it?

Mint Soursop Blast and Pladib Art (RM9.50 each)

We were showered with 3 main dishes. First up was Grilled Lemongrass Chicken with Roasted Rice (RM20). Loved how the lemongrass marinade worked extremely well with chicken. The creative part here is the rice which is mixed with eggs, shaped and roasted. The rice cake is soft on the inside with a layer of crisp on the outside. The rice has springy texture which we thought is made from Japanese rice but we were all wrong. They were Thai fragrant rice!

Grilled Lemongrass Chicken with Roasted Rice (RM20)

This interesting plate of rice came and we went wahhhh all cos of the egg placed on top of the rice. This is Black Fried Rice (RM20), rice blackened with squid ink and fried with pieces of seafood and chillies bits served with a ring of deep fried basil leaves. One has to mix in the raw egg into the hot rice before eating. Gosh the raw egg really worked the rice into a slight creamy texture and this by far one of the best item we have eaten at pla dib. Eggcellent!!!

Black Fried Rice (RM20)

At this juncture, a side dish of Mashed potatoes and Wasabi (RM8) were served. FBB and Aly were eggcited cos they both loved mash potatoes. All round murmurs of "hmmm I love this mash" can be heard. If you're worried that wasabi might give you a heart attack, don't worry here. The mash has just a light hint of wasabi.

Mashed potatoes and Wasabi (RM8)

Opps the fish here looked bellied up hehe but what the heck! Rainbow Trout in Lime Leaf and Steam Rice (RM28) has fresh trout that came from New Zealand which has a natural sweet flavour. The fish is stuffed with ginger and lime leaves, topped with cherry tomatoes and assorted mushrooms and wrapped in parchment paper and baked. Funny, my serving has lots of ginger and lime leaves strips where else the rest just have fish. I chewed on the leaves and find it's a very fragrant kaffir lime leaves (daun limau purut in Malay).

Rainbow Trout in Lime Leaf and Steam Rice (RM28)

By now, I'm really stuffed but just can't resist the Smoked Salmon Pizza (regular RM30, large RM36). We really wondered how on earth they manage to roll the dough so thin!!! The outcome was splendid as the crust is crispy. We smeared the egg all over the smoked salmon slices before digging in. The tomato based sauce, rosemary and mozzarella cheese gave the extra flavourings here. A rare combo but they do really melded well.

Smoked Salmon Pizza (regular RM30, large RM36)

By now everyone is yearning for the dessert but when I see Thab Thim Krob... I scrunched up my face. Everyone except me were waiting for the jackfruit in the Thab Thim Krob (RM8) until the dish was brought out and introduced. Eeeekkk no smell and I was really really very happy when told pla dib version does not have jackfruit :p It was victory indeed but you should have seen the other scowling faces.

Pla dib's version is very special indeed. The finely shaved ice came from a block of frozen coconut milk so you won't get a watered down version as the ice melts. The crunchy chestnut chunks here are on the larger side and has strips of young coconut on top of the ice. Very refreshing and good till the last drop, yes last drop cause I did a very unladylike thingy here... I excused myself to the rest and had a "maggi mee" moment :p I tipped the bowl to my mouth and emptied the bowl!!!

Thab Tim Krob (RM8)

We were served a very rich and moist Marbled Spice Cake, brought by Nigel. He mentioned it's a test cake but we're not complaining. We begged him not to tell us how much butter and egg yolks were used but he let on that each of us would have one egg yolk in our piece of cake *fainted*. This loaf cake will be made available by middle of July at Just Heavenly and their outlets.

Just Heavenly's Marbled Spice Cake

The next item Homemade Durian Gelato is silky smooth! Now, durian... I like and it's not smelly heh. FBB and Nigel find this so weird of me hahaha. The durian used was generous in portion but this is not in the menu, so just asked for it as they do not make it in a large batch to keep freshness at bay.

Homemade Durian Gelato

To sum up the entire evening... the company no need to mention as always is great. The food seriously if pla dib is consistent with the quality, then we'll be happy campers since coming here will be a breeze for us and it has food that BoiBoi will like. I now take back my initial reservation about Thai fusion as the confusion here really rocks!

There's another thing I would like to mention here... Sherlene, the Chef (we didn't get his name but he's local and trained in pla dib Bangkok, Prakash and staff did a fantastic job. I've never attended a review that worked like clockwork where everything run in perfect precise movements. If you're a PR agent or restaurateur reading this, do take note.

This was how the review was done... Prakash brings out the actual dish for us to take photos, then he proceed to explain what's the dish and opportunity is given to us to ask questions. Then the dish is taken back to the kitchen to proportionate it into individual portions as shown in the pic below. This way, we got to take the photos in peace without having to scramble for the food from the main plate. Absolutely fabulous!

Individual tasting portions

Mint Soursop Blast and Pladib Art - individual tasting portion

pla dib is located in 1/1 soi Areesampan 7, Pharam 6 Road, Bangkok where else in Singapore they're known as Raw Kitchen Bar which is interestingly located in an old firestation at 276 Upper Bukit Timah Road.

Thank you so much to Sherlene, management, chef and staff of pla dib, Nigel, Anna and everyone else for such a wonderful evening. We'll be back, promised ;-)
