Pretty in pink! (And I'm still lusting after your Mango Royale... the memories of it won't leave me even though it's been ages since the potluck party, hehe)
hi.... I actually tried your mango royale but it turn out bit weird.... i mix the Anchor Uht whipping cream & condenced milk but after chillin it overnight, it's still watery!!! Stupit quest...am I supposed to whip it? (cuz your recipe dint mention to whip it)
Hi Irenekay, thanks for dropping by. You're supposed to freeze it not chill it. To blend in whipping cream abd condensed milk, you'll need a whisk just to blend in but remember to freeze it for at least 2 hours. Remove from fridge for about 15 - 20 mins to thaw.
Hmmmm this is strange cos all you need is to blend them together. Did you use thick condensed milk (krimer pekat manis in Msia) or watery evaporated milk (krimer sejat)? It's better if you chill the thick condensed milk first before using.
Perhaps it depends on your fridge as well, if you have those one door type with a smallish freezer compartment, then it might need a longer freezing time. Good luck Irene on your next try.
