A...Recently I had pak cham yim kai at Chemor, Ipoh. And I don't think I can ever have regular pak cham kai any more. It was soooooo good! Didn't need any sauce to go with it. Even the skin was good (the texture was almost like those brown sotong, but slightly softer).<br /><br />And it was a big bird.
