Marinade some chicken wings with some soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, pepper and ginger juice for a few hours in the fridge. Place wings on roasting rack and grille. Baste a couple of times with the remainder marinade. Lastly baste with some honey all over and grille till slightly charred.
Very far flung from Wong Ah Wah's grilled chicken wings but still delicious nevertheless.

Oh yes! That worcestershire sauce works wonders! I think a squeeze of lemon before popping it into the mouth will complete the ecstacy!
I cannot resist yummie chicken wingsssss....but most time i find that its the dipping sauce that gives the kick!
try a combination of teriyaki sauce with some soya sauce, with some oyster sauce with some black soya sauce, to get the WAW's taste ... yeah and some maggi seasoning sauce also ...
whoa....yummy yummy chicken wings.. hey babe, mind to tell me how to avoid over-grilled chicken wings on one side?
PabloPabla, yeah a dash of those really perk up the taste
Fashionasia, true also but I was too lazy to make any, just ate them sans dips
will keep that in mind, earl-ku. thanks.
meiyen, towards the end of grilling, watch the wings constantly in the oven hahaha i missed that for few minutes and the wings got a bit too charred!
wow...really look good! I never used worcestershire sauce before to marinate chicken, no wonder mine was not good at all! Will use that next time.
Hmm...to prevent burnt wing tips, wrap them in foil before grilling and only remove the foil about 5 minutes before done :)
I microwaved mine. D oven interior got splattered with oil but d wings turned out ok. Oya, I always add honey in d marinade.
try it jackson, it gives an extra zing to the taste
yeah can do that, PabloPabla but me super lazy hahaha... I placed my tips downwards on my roasting rack. only turn them around when the top is cooked
tummythoz, do u use a convection oven? otherwise can the wings brown evenly?
babe, meaning i have to flip over da chicken wings oftenly or only towards da end of grilling?
i used to make mine with a bit of sesame oil as well. *Slurps*
Doubt mine's a convection oven. Was a gift & came without an instruction manual O_o"
Yes, they did brown evenly. Fyi, I laid d wings flat & turn them over once. Can't recall d time taken. I'll let u know when I do it again.
mei yen, flip them over when its browned, dun need to flip too many times
thanks KY, jot down in my notes
i've done mine in MV but it doesnt crisps. lemme know ok tummythoz
